AI Accident Pilot is an AI-powered SaaS platform that generates legal documents for US personal injury lawyers, including:

- Demand Letter — Liability analysis, damages breakdown, 30-day deadline
- Settlement Estimate — 4 scenarios, comparable cases, timeline
- Case Summary — Plain English, FAQ, glossary, next steps

3. User Accounts
- You must be a licensed attorney or working under the supervision of one
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- You are fully responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Payments and Free Trial
- 🎁 First case FREE: No credit card required for your first case
- 💰 After free case: $299 per case — one-time payment, no subscription
- 🔒 No auto-charge: All payments are manual and processed securely through Stripe
- 📄 Unlimited documents: One payment unlocks all 4 AI documents for that case
- All payments are non-refundable once documents are generated
5. Intellectual Property
- AI Accident Pilot and all related intellectual property belong to FinSecureTech
- You retain full ownership of your case data and generated documents
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our software
- We do not use your data to train our AI models without explicit consent
6. Data Privacy & HIPAA Compliance
- Your data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit
- All patient data is handled in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Every access to patient data is logged and monitored (full audit trail)
- We never share your data with third parties without your consent
- AI processing is temporary and encrypted — your data is never stored in AI logs

7. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- You are responsible for exporting your documents before account deletion
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinSecureTech and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. All content must be reviewed by a licensed attorney.
