Is the first case really free?
Yes — every firm gets 1 free case, no credit card required. The free case is used when you generate your first document set. You'll be able to review all 4 documents before deciding to continue.
What counts as a "case"?
One claimant with one accident. All 4 documents (chronology, demand letter, settlement estimate, case summary) belong to that single case.
Do I pay per document?
No. One $299 payment unlocks all 4 documents for that case, with unlimited regenerations — forever.
Do you train AI on my data?
Never. Your client data is never used to train AI models. This is written into our BAA and contracts. PHI is encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay per case. There is no monthly or annual fee. If you don't use it, you don't pay.
What if I'm not satisfied with the output?
You can regenerate any document as many times as you want — free. If the output still doesn't meet your standards, email us and we'll make it right.
How accurate is the AI?
Documents are 80–85% ready drafts with source citations on every clinical fact. Every attorney is responsible for final review — this is a drafting tool, not a replacement for your judgment.
How is my data stored?
PHI is encrypted at rest with AES-256-CBC, transmitted over TLS 1.2+, with dedicated PHI access logs and full audit trails. Data is retained for 10 years by default (adjustable). You can delete any case anytime.
