1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AI Accident Pilot ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft legal documents for personal injury matters, including a Medical Chronology, Demand Letter, Settlement Estimate, and Case Summary. All output is a draft and must be reviewed by a licensed attorney before use.
3. No Legal Advice
The Service does not provide legal advice. The Service is a document-preparation tool. You, the attorney, remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and use of any output.
4. AI Disclaimer
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You must independently verify every fact, citation, and figure before relying on any output. Source citations are provided to assist review but do not replace it.
5. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Payment
Each case costs $299 USD, payable at the time of document generation. Your firm's first case is free. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Regenerations of documents within the same case are free.
7. Client Data & PHI
You may upload client medical records ("PHI"). We process PHI only to provide the Service. PHI is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and is never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy and BAA for details.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe rights, transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its underlying technology are owned by FinSecureTech. You retain ownership of your client data and of the documents you generate.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinSecureTech's total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
